Do I need to be part of a non-profit organization to fundraise with Lucky Puzzles?

No, you don't! Individuals and groups are welcome to fundraise with us, regardless of non-profit status. However, due to IRS requirements, we'll need a business tax-id number or a personal Social Security number for the 50% profit we send you. This is necessary for all fundraisers not associated with tax-exempt organizations.

When will my order ship?
  • Spring Shipping Schedule: Orders start shipping May 1st. We strive to dispatch orders as swiftly as possible. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

  • Fall Shipping Schedule: Orders begin shipping in mid-September. As with spring, we aim for prompt delivery and will notify you via email once your order is on its way.

  • Holiday Shipping Schedule: Orders start shipping in mid-November, in the order they were received. Keep an eye on your email for the tracking information.

What if my tracking shows the package was delivered, but I haven't received it?

If the tracking information shows your package was delivered but it's missing, you should first contact the carrier with your tracking number to file a claim. If your order is indicated as undeliverable or lost in transit, please contact our customer service department. We'll investigate and find a solution for you.

    • Absolutely! If you find yourself running low on brochures or order forms, you can request more through our website.
  3. What if a participant loses an order form?

    • Lost forms can be replaced. Contact us, and we’ll provide a digital copy that can be printed.
  4. How are returns handled?

    • In case of any issues with the puzzles, we offer exchanges or credit for other puzzles. Due to the nature of fundraising, direct refunds are not available.
  5. Can we extend our fundraising period?

    • Extensions are sometimes possible. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.
